About Atiya Institute Of Knowledge (Darul Ilm)
'Ilm (علم) in Arabic means knowledge. It is an all-embracing term covering theory, action, and education; when applied to our religion, it means the understanding of Islam and the Quran. The Prophet Muhammad (saw) also said: “One who treads a path in search of knowledge has his path to Paradise made easy by God…” (Riyadh us-Saleheen, 245) AIOK is an independent nonprofit charity organization, non-political, non-partisan, formed by concerned members of the community in Toronto to provide quality education (Islamic & Academic) to Muslims & non-Muslims using modern and effective ways. AIOK is officially registered as a nonprofit organization like the Institute of Knowledge Foundation.
