About Islamic Centre of Markham / Masjid Darul Iman
The Islamic Centre of Markham / Masjid Darul Iman is the 2nd project of the Islamic Society of Markham (ISM). ISM completed the construction of its first Mosque in the City of Markham in 2005. The first Mosque, the Jam's Masjid Markham is located at the intersection of Denison St. and Middlefield Road. Masjid Darul Iman was founded to serve the town of Markham's rapidly expanding Muslim population, with the intention of offering vital Islamic services to the community and pleasing Allah Subhaanahu wa ta'ala.
